Why running class?
Take advantage of the motivation and push of a Pulse Running Coach. All Pulse Running Coaches are personal trainers who hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science, Nationally Certified, and Insured. A running class will help you stick to your cardio program, break that plateau, improve your 5k speed, or reach that dream of running a marathon. With Pulse Running Class we provide all the information needed to reach your goals!

Our resources include an all-inclusive running guide created by Pulse Fitness Professionals. This guide will be a resource to assist you further in your cardio program.
What to wear and bring?
Come dressed to run for the weather.
What if the weather is bad?
Classes meet in all weather conditions.
Can I come to any class?
Yes. There is no registration required. Simply show up to class, you have the option to pay per class or drop-in to try it out.
Is it co-ed?
Yes. Both males and females are welcome.
How do I know which class to join & how are class levels determined?
Beginner:
Can walk briskly for 20 minutes and has an interest in the introduction of running. A typical goal for a participant in a beginner’s class is to be able to run for 20 minutes continuous.
Basic Intermediate:
Can run comfortably for 20 minutes without stopping and has interest in learning the fundamentals of running and racing. A typical goal for a participant in a basic intermediate class is to be able to run for 20-30 minutes continuous at an 11+ minutes per mile.
Advanced:
Can run for 30 minutes continuous at 7-11 minutes per mile and is interested in improving speed, form, endurance, distance, and race times.
